TICKET 02 · Moisture cuts
Agree the rule before you cut.
The Philippine example shows how moisture bands can drive treatment. It does not set the commercial terms for Indonesian copra.
A Philippine policy example, not an Indonesian rule or a Kora purchase condition. This table gives no deduction rates. Agree your own receiving terms before using any moisture threshold.

What this reference supports
RISET-004 marked this source as read directly. The table keeps only its three moisture bands and what happens in each. It gives no deduction formula or rate, and does not claim the policy applies to your delivery.
Write a purchase clause you can use
Agree the moisture limit, the sampling and test methods, the rounding rule, the weight basis and the retest process. Decide who makes the receiving call before the material reaches the mill.
Treat borderline results openly
Keep the reported precision. Do not invent a treatment for values between the bands, and do not round a result just to fit this summary. Ask purchasing for the written rule that governs the deal.
