A guide for whoever minds the receiving gate.
Pabrik Kopra covers copra quality and receiving for the buying desk, warehouse and QC of an oil mill: how to measure, how to sample, how to deduct, and which standards people use.
What this site is
Pabrik Kopra is an industry guide. It is not a processing plant and not a marketplace. It holds quality parameters, a printable receiving checklist, a page on moisture deductions, notes on packing and loading, and articles on moisture, quality standards, mould and sampling. It is written for purchasing, warehouse and QC staff at oil mills, and for domestic copra traders.
Who publishes it
This site is published by PT Kora Prima Abadi, Ruko CBD Niaga Sentul, Babakan Madang, Bogor Regency, West Java, Indonesia. Kora (koracoconut.com) is one of the producers discussed here. So we write figures from other producers and standards bodies as they appear in their own documents, with the link and the date read, without ranking and without the word best. No Kora capacity, founding year or customer is stated, because none is published.
How to read the labels on the tickets
“Listed” marks a figure printed on Kora’s product page: moisture up to 6 or 8 per cent by line, oil content at least 63 per cent, free fatty acids at most 2 per cent. “Published” marks a public reference recorded in the research. “Research” flags a source or method still to be confirmed. A producer’s figure is a specification claim from its own page, not a lot test result, and no label says that a delivery has passed inspection.
What is still open
Lot test results, grade mapping, foreign-matter limits and receiving terms need confirming with QC and the seller. No aflatoxin limit is set here. The checklist is a recording aid, not an inspection report or a substitute for purchase terms. No ranking, certification or environmental claim is made.

General questions about copra quality and receiving are welcome. If you want to discuss Kora copra, two product pages cover the 6 % moisture line and the smoke-dried line. Write on WhatsApp at +62 813-1527-280, by email to [email protected], or use the contact page. Kora gives a first reply within 2 business days. The article on moisture at the receiving gate is a good first read.
