TICKET 03 · Packing & loading

A load must be traceable.

Packing choices should fit the receiving equipment and record system. Confirm the arrangement for the actual shipment.

Talk about handling limits first

Describe vehicle access, unloading equipment and storage at the receiving site. Sacks, jumbo bags and bulk are discussion options here, not a statement of what Kora packing is in stock.

Keep lots apart, record the weight

Keep the lot identity through loading and unloading. Agree where weighing happens and how tare is handled. If packing is damaged or material is mixed, photograph and record the affected part before deciding anything.

Follow the receiver’s window

Send the unloading point, open hours, equipment needs and a contact person straight to sales. Sales confirms the dispatch plan. This site sets no shipment quantity or dispatch time.
